We are looking for a passionate enthusiastic Account Manager   who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers. You   will be responsible for supporting our Account Executives in developing   long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers. You will   liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the   timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.   We need an individual who is excited and willing to strengthen their   knowledge base through continued education and has a passion for upward   mobility. 
             
            •Prepare submissions to include SOV reports, Loss Runs and Account Summaries   for existing accounts. 
             
            •Issue reports for prospective and existing accounts.  
             
            •Responsible for the processing of new and renewal business, including   reports, evidence of insurance, invoices, and endorsements. 
             
            •Responsible for ensuring that Master Policies and Master Policy endorsements   are issued according to binding conditions. 
             
            •Responsible for the collection of routine premiums, escalate to AE when   necessary. 
             
            •Day- to-day liaison between SES and broker and/or client. 
             
            •Act as an intermediary between Client Services, Accounting and Systems when   collaborating internally to resolve customer issues. 
             
            •Collect Account Profile information for each assigned account. 
             
            •Participate in new business, process and system improvement projects. 
             
            •Develop, maintain and follow Client Services procedures. 
             
            •Organize and coordinate system training with our partners. 
             
            •Claims processing to include first report, status, reports and closing   information. 
             
            •Process placement of ancillary products. 
             
            •Perform user acceptance testing. 
             
            •Enter and maintain TIMS® rates.

             QUALIFICATIONS 
             
            •Bachelor’s degree (preferable with a major in Business, Marketing or   Communications) or equivalent business/work experience. 
             
            •Agency and/or company commercial insurance experience required. 2-4 years   managing relationships within the insurance industry in an account management   role. 
             
            •State of California Fire and Casualty Broker-Agent License is required. 
             
            •Ability to handle the pressure of a fast-paced office environment with   supervision and to deal effectively with co-workers & clients. 
             
            •Excellent oral and written communication skills.  
             
            •Computer literacy - Expertise in MS Word and Excel, ability to master   proprietary software, etc. 
             
            •High degree of self-discipline and motivation. Demonstrate sense of urgency   to resolve problems and to meet broker and/or client expectation of service. 
             
            •Passion for customer service excellence. 
             
            •Refined organization and multi-tasking capabilities. 
             
            EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS 
             
            Successful completion of the following education program within the   recommended time frame: 
             
            •Completion of Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) Commercial   Casualty and Property exams within 3 years of successful completion of first   course.  
             
            •Other coursework as approved by Operations VP.
