Position Description / Overview

We are seeking qualified Wholesale Broker candidates for several opportunities to work within a growing company handling all lines of Property and Casualty insurance. These opportunities are geared for individuals that have the knowledge and expertise to assist established retail agents with placing their tougher commercial accounts through our brokerage markets or our in-house binding authority contracts.

This is a very entrepreneurial wholesale brokerage opportunity for sales driven individuals looking for a free-thinking and flexible alternative to the corporate structure of the larger wholesale brokerage firms.

Applicant's needs:

Deep Understanding of P & C Insurance
Ability to Build and Maintain Retail Agent Relationships
Account Management Skills
Time Management Skills
Understanding of current surplus lines markets/carriers

Minimum Requirements / Skills 

Minimum of 1-3 years wholesale brokerage / surplus lines experience
Minimum of 3 - 5 years property and casualty insurance experience
Property and Casualty Agents Licensed (preferred)
Microsoft Products (Outlook / Excel / Word / etc)
