Insurance-Customer Service Rep/Receptionist
Locally owned, multiple location, all lines insurance agency currently filling several new FULL TIME positions for personable and motivated individuals with 4-40 licenses in our Largo office. Excellent growth opportunity for the individual with experience looking to advance into an agent/sales position if desired. Qualified individuals should have previous experience working in an insurance office.
JOB DESCRIPTION
*Answer multiple line phone system in an efficient and professional manner
*Meet and greet clients in the office
*Process certain requests made by clients for mortgagee changes, drivers, etc.
*Work with existing staff in directing client requests to proper individuals within the office
*Maintain the highest quality of customer service during calls, email, and face-to face
*Follow up on customer requests in an organized manner
*Filing and assist upper management on various projects as needed.

Minimum Requirements / Skills

QUALIFICATIONS
All Customer Service reps/Receptionists should have:
*Previous experience in an all lines insurance office
*4-40 Customer Service Insurance license
*Strong organization skills
*Professional and motivated personality
*Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel
