Position Description / Overview
|

*The Client Adviser (CA) will nurture and grow relationships with their clients by systematically solving problems and knowing their customer’s pain points, expectations, and implicit needs with effective communication and presentation skills.
*The Client Adviser will increase ReSource Pro’s sales volume and other strategic account objectives by using insight and and compelling interactions to teach clients about their industry and offer unique perspectives on their business, which link back to ReSource Pro solutions.
*Collaborate with Marketing to ensure consistent messaging to customers, and help them gather voice of the customer information when needed.
*The CA will coach customer stakeholders and build consensus for RSP solutions within their organization.
*Our Client adviser goes out of his or her way to complete a job and has relentless drive to achieve results.

Minimum Requirements / Skills
|
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a strong academic track record.
10+ yrs business development or strategic account management experience
10+ years insurance related industry experience, required
Management Consulting a plus
Extensive travel is required for this job - So you can be based anywhere in the US.
