             Minimum   Requirements / Skills *  
             | 
            
             *Schedule   client visits, field inspections, training courses and OR-OSHA safety program   development. 
            *Maintain a thorough knowledge of existing, new/revised applicable statutes,   codes and regulations. 
            *Assist clients develop and implement their safety management programs. 
            *Develop and conduct training courses on various loss control, risk   management and safety issues. 
            *Attends board meetings to review insurance coverage, loss control and other   questions.
